Shelia Bell-Ford holds an Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Services from Midlands Technical College and has twelve years of administrative experience at Central Midlands Council of Governments and three years experience in I-CARE. She is a graduate of Midlands Technical College in the Human Services degree program. She is a Certified I-CARE Worker and has been DTV Coordinator for the National Telecommunications and Information Administration grant. She is a Certified Information and Referral Specialist in Aging (CIRS-A).
